Very good service, good food, better staff service, smiling face of the staff. In the evening Good music play. It was very nice experience. All are very humble , polite and very nice people. I gave 4 stars for room because of only one thing and that is television.

My husband and I stayed here twice this year and absolutely loved it both times. The staff are so warm and hospitable, the food is superb, and the stay feels meaningful. Most of all, everyone goes out of their way to make you feel at home and cared for in so many ways. We are grateful to have stayed here and look forward to returning soon! Our stay was unforgettable.

I guess the fact that we missed this place the most from our trip after returning says a lot. Its just a warm and cozy and creates an impact that stays with you. Be it the courteous and helpful staff, clean premises and room, the terrace with the view to just sit and have tea, the 7pm live music etc. The only minor drawback is the distance from the main points as compared to some other hotels but in hindsight it was totally worth it.

Awesome Stay . We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this resort. The view is mind taking!! Though no views from the room, but the view from the roof is just awesome. Food is very nice . Service is also very prompt and friendly!

Very Good hospitality! Room was very neat and clean. Good view, liked the food and the people are extremely sweet. We requested for a late checkout as we had to finish trek and wanted to change out clothes they helped us out and arranged sandwiches in the morning for our trek as well. Loved the experience.

We chose the hotel for our 2-day trip to Cherrapunjee. This resort's spectacular views more than compensate for its distance from the city. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, despite our food preferences. Overall, we had a lovely time at the resort.
